Aaditya Properties

Editorial policy and research methods

Our promise

Every guide should help a real person complete a real property task in Gujarat, using information they can verify for themselves.

How we choose topics

We cover questions people actually ask about buying, selling, owning and renting property in Gujarat, plus India-wide rules (RERA, income tax, RBI) that apply here. We don’t publish template pages for every locality, price predictions or “best project” lists.

Sources, in order of preference

  1. Acts, rules, government notifications and official portals, such as GujRERA, GARVI (Inspector General of Registration), AnyROR, the Income Tax Department and the Reserve Bank of India.
  2. Official documentation from regulators and banks.
  3. Market research with a stated methodology (for example Knight Frank, NHB RESIDEX, the RBI House Price Index), cited with its period and geography.
  4. Reputable news, for context only. If only secondary sources exist for a claim, we say so in the article.

How we check facts

  • Every rule or rate is stated with its jurisdiction and the date we checked it.
  • Every number in an example comes with its assumptions.
  • Calculations are recomputed independently before publishing.
  • We separate facts, estimates, opinions and scenarios.

Review

Every guide is checked by an editor before publishing. Articles on tax, legal rights or investment returns need review by a qualified professional (a chartered accountant or an advocate). We name that reviewer on the article only when the review has actually happened. If no qualified reviewer is available, we limit the article to what the official sources say and state that limitation.

Use of AI tools

We sometimes use AI tools to help organise research, suggest questions to cover and edit drafts. People verify every fact against the original source and take responsibility for what is published. We do not use AI to invent quotes, experiences, people or images.

Updates

Tax and legal guides are reviewed at least every six months, and whenever the Union Budget, RBI or a Gujarat authority changes the rules. Other guides are reviewed at least once a year. The “Last updated” date changes only for substantive edits.
